The record dates The Raising of Lazarus after Rembrandt to 1890. Two titles in this catalogue name Rembrandt: this one and Head of an Angel, after Rembrandt, dated 1889. They fall in consecutive years and in consecutive periods of this site's chronology, which is where every copy after another painter in this catalogue falls except one, dated 1887.
What the record gives
The canvas measures 48.5 by 63 centimetres, a horizontal, and it is held by the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, which holds thirteen of the eighty-four works dated 1890. The measured palette reads as yellow.

Eighty-four works carry the last year's date, and their measured palettes are the least brown of the decade: one work returns brown, against thirty-one of seventy in 1885. Yellow dominates sixty-two and green fifty. Seven of the eighty-four are copies after other painters, four of them after Millet. A final period made partly of copies is what the record shows; why that should be so is outside what this catalogue can answer, and it is not answered here.
