Green dominates two works dated 1882, none dated 1883 and three dated 1884, and only then climbs: twelve in 1885, twenty-five in 1887, sixty-five in 1888. In a catalogue arranged by period, an early outlier is worth marking precisely because the surrounding years make it one.
