The record dates Farmhouses in Loosduinen near The Hague at Twilight to 1883. That year opens the first of the five periods this site is arranged by, and it is the thinnest of the eight years those five periods cover: nine works in this catalogue carry it, against seventy for 1885 two years later. The title still names The Hague rather than Brabant, which is what a hinge year looks like in a list of titles.
